In the next meeting, you and your practitioner agree on which goals you will work on in the treatment. Then you discuss with the practitioner how you can achieve these goals. We work on your request for help according to the principles of positive psychology and with proven effective treatment interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and EMDR. We record your goals in a treatment plan and how we will work on your goals.

The treatments take place individually or in group form. On indication, additional treatment is done with e-health applications from Embloom.
